Do I have to sign a lawn contract?

No. Our goal is to provide a simple, easy solution for your property maintenance. You are never locked in, and only pay for the services you use. 

What areas do you service?

We service properties in the following communities: 

Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Hampton, and Solina.

Does my quote include my entire property?

Yes! Our quotes for lawn maintenance and services such as mowing, fertilization, seeding, and aerations cover the entire turf area including front, back, and side yards.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment forms: 

-Visa

-MasterCard

-American Express

-Interac Etransfer (Prepay Only)


*We do not accept cash payments*


What are your billing options?

Lawn mowing customers are required to save a credit card on file for automated invoicing. Credit card on file is charged the same day work is completed. 


Customers can also prepay for services via Interac Etransfer. 


A la-carte or one time services (Aerations, Clean Ups, Overseeding, etc.) and landscaping work will be invoiced the same day work is completed. Prepayment is required if no credit card on file.


Projects require a 50% deposit for materials. 


Invoices and receipts are sent electronically via email.  

Do you offer contactless service?

Yes. Clarington Lawn and Snow offers 100% contactless service. We offer online estimates and invoicing. We do not require clients to be home during their service. 

When is my service?

Regular lawn mowing and maintenance clients will be informed of their regular service day. We strive to maintain a consistant, reliable schedule. 

What if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, all clients affected will be notified via email of a delay.

We will make a best effort attempt to reschedule service within 24 to 48 hours.

What service schedule do you offer?

Lawn mowing services are offered on a weekly schedule only.

Do you spray for weeds or insects?

No.  We do not offer weed, pest or insect spraying or treatments.

What type equipment do you use?

We only use top rated commercial grade lawn mowers and power equipment from leading manufacturers to ensure we deliver the best quality results.
